Hi. I was hoping to go to Tab's yard sale, (my friend) but it's raining ostriches and cows. So they're not having it. Dad got a movie at Bileen's movie rental called Young Frankenstein. And 101 Dalmatians 2.
Cathy Oliver and Missy and Nate and Brandon, and Deke and Michael are coming over today. Mom said she's glad that dad got a movie for everyone to watch because no one can go outside because it's raining so hard. I was hoping we'd get pizza, but probably not because the boys slept over at Grammy's house last night and dad thought they wouldn't be back by the time we wanted pizza. Because otherwise we need to get like, 5 pizzas, just so the boys can pig out.

Friday

Hi. Friday night! My favorite! I get to stay up about as long as I want and sleep in as long as I want!
We just got back from ballard hill playground. I saw my old friend Brian from River of Life Bible Camp there. He is nice, but not a Christian. :( He asked me what religion I was and I shrugged and said, "Christian." I said, "What are you?" He shrugged. "Nothing I guess." "Do you believe in God?" "Sort of." I wish he was. Everyone who reads this, please pray for Brian to be a Christian. I am going to try to be a good example to him. He has a cool solar powered little car.
We went to a yard sale today. I got a shirt, a pair of shorts, because I need more shorts, a cute little ty bear, and another little care bear for my collection, a candle for mom. (Yankee.) And another new purse. The kind I've always wanted, but never got, some little antique dollhouse dolls, and a knit golden hat for winter. I'll show you everything in a sec. I have to take the picture.

That's all the stuff I got, except for the shirt and the shorts. I know what you're going to say, and tyes, you're right. I blow my money on junk. But what is money for? I have nothing I want to save up for yet, except for maybe driver's ed. But I can't do that until I'm 15 anyway.
Next Friday is Kimmy's graduation party. I'm debating on weather to go or not. I won't know any of her friends there. They are going to play horseshoes, badminton, and go in the pool. I would go to just go in the pool. I love to swim more than anything else in the world. Love just doesn't cut it. More than that. It is my most special, favorite, beloved activity. I wonder what I should give to Kimmy. Probably not another poem. Maybe I can make her a sculpture...

Ellie has another tooth! She also said another word: ba-ba-ba-ba which I think means baby, becasue I was in mom's room looking in the mirror, and i said, "You see the baby? Who is that baby?" and so on. Then, after I walked in the living room and she said "ba-ba-ba-ba" which could mean nothing, but I think she was trying to say baby.

We're back

Hi. We're back from Gabe's meet.It was very fun! But neaaar the end, I had to sit in the car with Esther and Solomon, because they were being naughty. My dentist's appointment took seriously, less than 5 minutes. Everything's going fine. So we went to Dollar tree, one of the best stores around. I love it there, but I stuck to what I had told myself I wanted to spend, which was $10.00 I bought 3 bags of cotton candy, 2 plastic horses, a small fairy doll with flapping wings, a small bag of pretzels, some cosmic brownies for desert,and some head phones for my walk man, but I just tried the head phones and they don't fit.

Another day

Hi. Today we are going back to Bangor for a check-up for my teeth, and we are going to Gabe's track meet! I have never been to one before. I think it will be pretty fun. If only it wasn't so cool outside! It is sunny, but very chilly-windy. The high for today is supposed to be 65! Not very warm!

Sunday

Hi. Today is church. I am eating some normal foods now. I am eating a normal english muffin. Yeah, so I'm pretty much all better. Almost. I don't think I'll eat ice cream for a long time.
My cheeks are bruised very yellowish-brownish. It looks pretty bad, but I am just relieved the swelling went down before Sunday:)
Nathaniel, Calli and Isaac all came over today after church. Nathaniel is 11, Calli, my niece is 8, and Isaac my nephew is 6, going on 7. They are all outside in the paddleboat (our neighbors kindly said we could hang onto it for awhile after it drifted down to our house) splashing each other and goofing off. It is so beautiful out, the sun in all it's glory is shining, the wind in all its splendor, is blowing the scent of freshly cut grass all through the house. (Because dad just mowed the lawn.)

Hi. I am doing even better. My cheeks are still swollen, but not as much as before. I still can't eat much though. I ate a half a bowl of Ramen (oodles of noodles, to Danielle!) at room temperature, but I couldn't chew it, and I had to swallow it all whole, so I gave up on that after awhile, because it made my stomach feel funny. Not sick, just funny.
Tomorrow there is a party (Memorial day) at Sara and Josh's house. I want to go, but I also don't, because there will be a lot of people there, and I am still embarased about my face, and there is going to be tons of delicious food that I won't be able to eat, and I still sound like I have a sock in my mouth when I talk, on account of I can't open my mouth up wider that three- quarters of an inch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is all very frustrating. I am getting skinnier, though. But for bad reasons. Sara said, "Hey, think of it this way: Getting your wisdom teeth out is just an easy way to loose 5 pounds, right?" And I'm thinking, "Try a hard way." Man, I could never be anorexic, (or however you say it,) because I love food too much! I hope that my swelling will go down, before we leave tomorrow, so no one will laugh at me.
When we came home from the dentist's office on the first day, I was worried that the kids would laugh at me. Mom said "Don't be ridiculous, they won't," and she was right. She did.
Bad news. We are out of popsicles.

Better

Hi. It's not so bad now, I am taking 2 ibuprophen, and then, 3 hours later, 2 tylenol, then 3 hours later, 2 ibuprophen and so on. I am SSSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOO hungry for some real food!!!!!!!! I wish I could have some pizza and some extra crunchy salt and vinegar potato chips. All I can eat is pudding, (which I hate,) popsicles, jello(which I hate,) and that's it. I haven't been sick since about 4 o'clock yesterday. And I haven't taken any medicine since ten o'clock last night. But I hope I don't get a dry socket. I have a picture of what I look like, and I wish I could put it on here, but I can't. I look so funny. I have to go now. I need more ice. :(

Recipe for Sun Tea

Ingredients:


2 cups of sugar (one cup of sugar to every half gallon)
A gallon sized pitcher, or a half- gallon size
A lemon (one half a lemon for every half gallon)
12 teabags, (eight for every half gallon, but brewed by the sun really seeps in, so you really only need 12 for two gallons)
A spoon
Lots of ice


Instructions:

Put a gallon of water into the gallon size jug. Let the sun brew it for about 9 hours. After it is done brewing, put 2 cups of sugar in the gallon size pitcher and stir. Make sure all of the sugar is desolved. Pour ice into an empty pitcher so it is about five sixths full. Roll the lemon on a hard surface until it is kind of soft-ish. Half the lemon the short way, and squeeze the juice over the ice. Then set the lemon on the ice, pointy side down, and slowly pour the tea into the lemon. The ice will melt, and if you need more, put more in. Stir it with a spoon, for into glasses, and enjoy!

Hi. I look like a chipmunk, and am in pain, and I've thrown up SIX times, because the pain pills don't settle right in my stomach, and I can't open my mouth hardly at all, and yesterday after my teeth were out,we got home, and mom had to go get the pain meds, before the novacain wore off, but she was too late and it wore off, and I was laying on my bed sobbing because it hurt sooooo bad!

Hi. guess what's going on today! Oh, someone help me! Save me from this curse!
I thought that we would be going to goodwill before the dentists, but mom said we're not.
I wrote a story. It's a children's book called,'Kira-kira and Liam'. I am not going to put it on here, because it is too long, and someone could take credit for it. Which wouldn't be the biggest problem in the world, but I'm thinking that I might publish it. I mean, it's no that great but someone might buy it. I just love to write stories. I got the idea for that one in a dream. That's where I get all of my good ideas. Maybe it sounds stupid, and Leah makes faces at me when I tell her where the idea came from, but I don't know why she does, cause it's true.
I've been looking for a website for people who love poetry, and where they can publish poems, and read other's poems. If anyone finds any, tell me, please. But I don't want one that you have to isgn up with your name or age or address. My parents wouldn't want me to.

Hi. Sorry that I haven't written for so long. I got grounded from here for letting chili burn on the stove. I was supposed to stir it, but I thought mom said to just leave it on the front burner. So I got grounded for a week and 5 days.
I made two new bunnees. I will show you all of the ones I made except for 3 which I gave away.





Tomorrow I am getting all of my wisdom teeth out! Yikes! I am nervous, but I think everything will go ok, if I follow the directions they gave me.

Candy!

Hi. My mom let me go to the store and get some candy. I got recess's pieces, recess's peanut butter cups, a hershey's bar, a cookies n' cream hershey's bar, 2 packets of mini chicklets that look like this:
Extreme Pringles dill pickle flavor, and 2 diet cokes one for me, and one for my mom. And that's it.
I watched LOST today on the computer. I think I'm going to watch it ALL over again because most ( I should say about 1.25 out of 10) of the shows I missed in the first season, so most of the things I'm not getting quite on the current shows.
One of my Newest favorite movies is Tarzan the Disney classic. I love Gorillas, and for school I once wrote a long essay on them and I think since I was doing my papers on something that I liked, it made it go faster. If only I could find more things that I like that I could do my school about. I have always liked that movie ever since I saw it first when I was like, 5 years old. Even now, the music makes me want to cry and the intensity of it all.

Hi. I'm at Sara's house. She is brining Leah and I to the shower. I unfortunately forgot my card and poem in my cubby... I am going to ask mom if she can bring them with her. I got as pound puppy at the yard sale. It is light brown and dark brown. I took some pictures of it with my camera, but they aren't on Sara's computer. I'll do them when we get home. I have to go. Busy Friday

Hi. Today is Kimmy's bridal shower and Gabe's track meet. Gabe's meet is at for o'clock, and Kimmy's shower is at seven o'clock. I am hitching a ride with Sara, my sister-in-law, Leah is going with Sara too, and Mom is going with Missy Oliver who just got her license. I will take a lot of pictures today, maybe. I can't take pictures of people though. It's not safe.
I haven't gone to the yard sale yet.
Yesterday Ellie and I walked down to the culvert (the large round pipes near our house) and I pushed her in her little stroller.We were dipping our feet in the water and she loved it! That's one step closer to teaching her to swim. (Which I plan to do.)
Ellie is eight months old. Her birthday was August 28 2008. She is my little buddy.
I think I am going to walk to th yard sale now. With Ellie of course. I am going to take her everywhere with me. I am going to introduce her to the world. Signing off. More later.

Great News!

I have wonderful news!!!!! MY CAMERA'S FIXED! Well, it was never really broken, but now I can use it. Elijah found the tiny software cd, and he helped me download it onto this computer. He is so smart at computer things. I am soooo greatful of him for finding my software! And here are my first pictures:





They are pictures of the vase I got at the yard sale 6 days ago. It is about 4 inches tall. It looks kind of Mexican authentic, doesn't it? I like it. I also got that bracelet, but the little circle charm fell off:( and I can't find it. It had a little Chinese fat guy on one side and the word 'fortune' on the other side.
We might be going to a yard sale tomorrow.

Jabber Jabber

Hi. It has stopped raining. It was raining since 7 O'clock this morning! I had to get up earlier than usual, because Gabe and I had dentist appointments at 7:30 this morning. He came upstairs and woke me up. I was dreaming that the Whites ( our mean next door neighbors,) moved out and a famous teenage pop star named Freddy moved in and he was always rocking out super loud, loud enough that the people across the lake could hear him because that's where the concerts were, he just played the music at his house, maybe because he didn't like the poparatzi. He was like my best friend and then we started dating and got married or something like that, I don't quite remember the last part, because then Gabe came upstairs and woke me up. But it was a fun dream. I don't have any cavities (still!) but my jaw is starting to hurt and I've been getting head aches from my teeth that are coming in literally sideways. (My wisdom teeth)
I will be right back, I'm going to get the mail.

Tuesday

Hi. Missy and Nathan came over today. They all know the same people.
We found a small painted turtle in the lake by the opening of the stream. There are always turtles down there. The other kids saw a huge snapping turtle stuck it's head out of the water 5 times. And we went to look for it, but we found the little one instead. I have to go. It's dinner time. (7:24, yes, a late dinner tonight.)

Almost time for bed

Hi. It is 10:34 despite what the time on there says. Gabe dad and are watching 'The Mummy.' It is quite dumb. I am going to go. Goodnight, care for care.



P.S. I am still working on my camera.Dad is asleep and I don't think I should wake him up just t ask him how to unplug my camera. He need sleep. He likes sleep. I don't. Because there is so much other stuff you can be doing while your wasting your time sleeping.
